HY perforated plate is permeable, transparent with high strength. Perforated panels can control the circulation of air, liquid, light, solids, heat, electromagnetic waves. It is widely used in industrial and construction fields, such as perforated metal facade, perforated sunshade, perforated screens, perforated metal fencing, perforated metal decking, ceilings, filters, separations, shields and protections, microwave ovens,safety flooring etc. HY industry uses aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel and cold-rolled carbon steel plates for perforated metals. There are two kinds of perforated panel, which are ordinary perforated pattern and perf-design plate. Ordinary perforated pattern has ordinary holes on in like round holes, square holes, oblong holes and so on. Perforate design plate is perforated with customized different images, we could also produce with different images on it.

Perforated screen includes aluminum perforated panels and steel perforated plate. Aluminum perforated panels is lighter than steel perforated plate, it is used more widely as perforated screen where the project doesn’t require high bearing capacity. Steel perforated plate possesses a heavier and stronger structure which can be not only used as perforated screen, but also can be used as a part of bearing wall.

Aluminum Grating Process and Installation The most important process for aluminum grating is swaging. It is the advantage and this technology is modern. The swaging machine is designed and owned by HY. Have aluminum ingot melt in the furnace and then extruded in the mold to be aluminum flats. After aging, aluminum flats become hard. Then have the flats serrated and punched, make the cross bars into the punching holes. Then swaging the product to make it stable. The aluminum grating is finished ! At last we can cut or band as per customers’ requirements.  Bearing bars are usually flats and the cross bars defaults to 8x8mm square bars.
