There are basically four types of stair tread, said T1, T2, T3, T4. 
T1: T1 stair tread is with no nosing covered, can be installed and fixed by welding.
T2: T2 stair tread is with no nosing covered, can be installed and fixed by bolts.
T3: T3 stair tread is covered with plate nosing, can be installed and fixed by welding.
T4: T4 stair tread is covered with plate nosing, can be installed and fixed by bolts.
There are some kinds of plate nosing like checkered plate, striped plate, perforated plate and other types as per your requirements. 
You could require for many sizes for aluminum grating or steel grating, such as 403/30/100, 405/30/100, 453/40/100, 455/50/100..., any size could be fine. The banding bar is generally 65mm wide for stair tread. Other size could also be available.

Aluminum stair tread is lighter than steel stair tread, while steel stair tread is stronger than aluminum stair tread. 
Stair tread is usually used together with aluminum handrails or steel handrails, applied in kinds of platforms, stair ways, marine engineering, mining engineering etc.

Aluminum Grating Process and Installation The most important process for aluminum grating is swaging. It is the advantage and this technology is modern. The swaging machine is designed and owned by HY. Have aluminum ingot melt in the furnace and then extruded in the mold to be aluminum flats. After aging, aluminum flats become hard.
